Dillon Gabriel Total Passing TDs

Dillon Gabriel’s player prop odds are set somewhat high considering the start to the season that Oregon has gotten off to as well as the numbers that he’s put up in the first two games of the season. Gabriel has split the over and under for 307.5 in the first two games of the season and has stayed under 2.5 passing TDs in both games as well.
Something else to keep note of is that this is now Gabriel’s third season as the QB1 for a Power 5 Conference school. Since making the jump to Power 5, he has played in 26 games. Of those 26 games that he’s played, he has only thrown for over 2.5 touchdowns in 9 games.
Tez Johnson Prop Odds

- Over 82.5 -115
- Under 82.5 -115
Tez Johnson Anytime TD Odds
- Yes TD -143
Looking at one of the top receivers in college football today, Tez Johnson, his receiving yard total is low enough to get some value. Especially considering his skillset and past performance. Starting with his odds to score a touchdown, it is no secret that he is one of the go-to targets in the endzone. He is coming off of a two TD game in Week 2 and was a top-6 WR in 2023 in touchdowns with 10.
As for his yardage, he is off to a slow start to the season having notched just 80 yards through two games thus far, however, with his truckload of usage in Week 2 (12 receptions), his ceiling has grown going into Week 3. Also, it is worth mentioning that last season, he absolutely torched this Oregon State defense for 137 receiving yards working as the second option at WR.
Oregon vs. Oregon State Player Prop Trends
The Civil War between Oregon and Oregon State has given mixed emotions when it comes to Oregon player prop odds. Oregon quarterbacks tend to struggle in this game with three of the last five starters staying under the 307.5 mark and all five of them staying under 2.5 passing touchdowns.
Wide receivers, on the other hand, have done well in this five-year span in this rivalry game. In four of the last five matchups, an Oregon receiver has gone for 100+ yards. For what it’s worth, in Oregon State’s two games this season, they haven’t allowed more than 120 passing yards in either game and have held receivers to less than 70 yards as well.
