CONWAY, S.C. – Sun Belt Fun Belt college football is slated for Thursday Night between App State and Coastal Carolina where the odds are set extremely close at just a 1-point spread leaning towards App State.
There is also value for the college football props here as well on specific skill players including Kaedin Robinson and Braydon Bennett.
Too Low Of A Line For Kaedin Robinson
Kaedin Robinson Total Receiving Yards
- Over 88.5 -114
- Under 88.5 -114
Kaedin Robinson has the highest set receiving yard total of any other receiver in this game and there is still no respect on his name. His 88.5 yard total is a number that he’s crushed in five of eight games this season including three of his last four games. He is relied on to the fullest extent in the passing game. So much so that he has over 400 more receiving yards than the next receiver on the team.
He gets a nice matchup against a Coastal Carolina secondary that is prone to giving up big plays meaning Robinson could very well hit this number in just a few receptions. Although just three receivers have gone over 88.5 yards against them this season, they’ve allowed five opposing WR1s to average 30+ yards per reception.
- Pick: Kaedin Robinson Over 88.5 Rec. Yards
Braydon Bennett Could Thrive Against A Sus Defense
Braydon Bennett Total Rushing Yards
- Over 69.5 -105
- Under 69.5 -120
Although there is some shading on the under, it leaves some decent value on college football sportsbooks for the over against a somewhat suspect App State run defense that lets up just over 200 rush yards per game to opponents.
While Bennett hasn’t been the flashiest running back this season his opportunities are starting to grow. He’s put up 69+ rushing yards in his last two games and has gotten way more usage than the Chanticleers other back, Christian Washington who has seen 8 or less carries in his last three games.
Bennett will definitely make the most out of his usage here being that App State has allowed seven of eight opposing RB1s rush for over 69.5 yards this season. That includes five that have gone for 110 + yards.
- Pick: Braydon Bennett Over 69.5 Rush Yards
