College football prop betting sites have odds for TreVeyon Henderson, Quinshon Judkins, and Jeremiyah Love rushing yard totals.
Ohio State Backfield To Take Charge
TreVeyon Henderson Total Rushing Yards
- Over 57.5 -115
- Under 57.5 -115
Quinshon Judkins Total Rushing Yards
- Over 57.5 -115
- Under 57.5 -115
To put things simply, Henderson and Judkins will be extremely overwhelming for this Notre Dame run defense. The Irish run defense is coming off of a semifinal game against Penn State that saw both Nicholas Singleton and Kaytron Allen torch them for 80+ yards each.
Ohio State runs a similar ground attack as Penn State which heavily implies that the Buckeyes could have their way on the ground with this one which has us leaning towards both of their overs.
Henderson has gone over in two of three playoff games while Judkins has gone over once. The Buckeyes rely on Henderson for their more explosive runs as he’s averaged at least 7 yards per carry in all three postseason outings. As for Judkins, his heftier frame allows him to get more opportunities with 9+ carries in all three games.
The Irish run defense also isn’t anything that Henderson and Judkins haven’t seen before as they allow opponents to rush for 133 yards per game on average.
Love Struggles Continues
Jeremiyah Love Total Rushing Yards
- Over 40.5 -115
- Under 40.5 -115
College football sportsbooks have once again set a low total for Jeremiyah Love after he failed to cross the 50-yard mark for a second consecutive game. He also now gets easily his toughest matchup to date against an Ohio State run defense that allows just 89.9 rush yards per game on the year.
Love has been abysmal in these college football playoffs as he’s averaged 4.2 yards per carry in his last two outings. While his 108-yard outing against Indiana was a highlight, 98 of those yards came on just one play leaving him with just rushing yards the remainder of the game.
Outside of Love’s struggles, Riley Leonard has taken a significant amount of work from Love on the ground. Leonard has posted double-digit rushing attempts in all three playoff games and they’ve increased each game as well as he’s coming off of an 18-attempt semifinal.
