LOS ANGELES – The ACC and Mountain West are clashing in the LA Bowl as the Cal Golden Bears and UNLV Rebels where odds are expecting a very tight matchup between two shorthanded and defensive minded teams.

Public Betting Splits
It has been all UNLV from the jump from the public betting on college football sportsbooks. The -110 odds are seeing 99% of all the money being bet come on UNLV along with 64% of the total bets being placed. The 1-point spread to UNLV is seeing nearly 80% for both sides as well. 83% of the betting handle and 78% of betting slips.

This is just the second meeting all time between Cal and UNLV with their first coming recently in 2022 where Cal came away with a 20-14 win.
Historical trends to watch include Cal showing dominance outright against the Mountain West in their last seven games going 5-2, however, 4-3 against the spread. UNLV has played just one game against the ACC in history and it came this season where they failed to win and cover against Syracuse.
